APARTMENT SHOPPE MYSTERY SHOPPER AGREEMENT

By submitting your information below, to be listed in the Apartment Shoppe mystery shopper database, you agree to the following: 

1. You are a self-employeed independent contractor and not an employee of Apartment Shoppe.

2. Apartment Shoppe is not responsible for any harm to you or your property and you hold harmless and indemnify Apartment Shoppe from any claim arising from your actions in the course of performing shops for Apartment Shoppe.

3. Apartment Shoppe will provide a 1099 when necessary, but you assume your own tax responsibilities.

4. You promise not to disclose the names and or locations of any Apartment Shoppe clients.

5. You promise to keep confidential information gained during shops performed for Apartment Shoppe.

6. You understand that all records and documents received from Apartment Shoppe are the sole property of Apartment Shoppe.

7. Apartment Shoppe will compensate you for an agreed upon amount upon satisfactory completion of the shop.
   
   

8. This application is not employment.  Your information will be held in our database, and you will be contacted when we have an assignment in your area.  If you agree to accept an assignment, you will be hired as an independent contractor.
